These are digital cam clips of activity in Central Iowa and Kansas City in early June 2005

1) Iowa Negative Effusion  Intercloud Activity Clip.
Location: Shipley, IA between Ames & Nevada, on Sat. June 4th, 2005. The system had a large area that assimilated very rapidly and spread outward in pre sundown assimilation into a battery of storm cells which created a blanket uniform charge into the stratosphere during atmosperic inversion after sunset. This phenomena is discribed in the glossary. The charge energy is released and travels laterally outward from portions of the entire system which are saturated with a distributed negative charge that's in excess of 1.4 Billion Volts. Once the sequence is initiated, an equalization chain reaction occurs as all the cells discharge dumping into & through each other sequentially. About 15 different storm cells equalized in approximately three quarters of a second over the entire area of this system, which is spread over the entire central portion of the state of Iowa out and down into Kansas by this time. It's a total of about 400 miles of discharging in a daisy chain fashion. A semi-hysteresis discharge was also evident in the raw footage. This rare phenomenon in full form is only seen once or twice in every 5 sunspot cycles by the scientific observer. The glossary has docuemtation about it.

2) Kansas City Hotel Shots.  Wednesday June 8th, 2005 just after sunset. Compiled vid; little clips taken from various hotel windows near the KC airport on the third floor during sundown activity. The system was assimilating into the area from the south and west, and is overspreading into the north and east of the viewing area. Cloud to Ground Discharges. Images are very poor, due to shooting through external screens, and through rain coated windows & bright parking lot lights from the nearby hotels and convention center.

1) Forest City May 29, 2000 - Rapidly assimilating activity moved into the area from a system that extended eastward into Wisconsin. This cell assimilation with post square O.H.M. has excellent sound. There's little to see & lots to hear, since the lightning is always behind the camera view angle, or between video frames, which is only about a 30 degree width out of the 360 circle of activity occuring. The footage is not edited. First footage is roadside on Hwy 18 East of Forest City about 10 miles, continued in Forest City behind the Winnebago plant. This is Pre Rain Severe Storm Assimilation. The sound structure of the thunder is excellent - and you can hear the formed negative channels that the positive returns are running through within the lightning. Rapid Assimilation of Post 3rd Qtr Square by Three days during Over Head Moon passage. The front continued to grow westward into eastern Nebraska by sundown.


Conditions on this day at this location:
MRT is 3:39AM. Overhead (blue arrow) around noon. Assimilation of system occured from 22% point after MRT to peak at overhead, shown by red line. MST is 4:14PM, activity dwinidles past this point into sundown which is about 3 hours later. The system by this time is moved several hundred miles away east & south.

2) Severe Wind Frontal Passage - Macon County, TN Nov. 09, 2000
While working on ISP computers in a small office in Webbtown; as the winds roared through, we only had 5 seconds to find the camcorder and go out the front door as it was roaring through. There is almost NO Visibility! This is a wind front that came through at about 1 PM with 100+ mile per hour gusts and lasted under a minute. It blew an old house down 1 mile east of where this footage was taken. Watch the ground Carefully as the waves of wind blow mist over the road from left to right which is west to east. They are moving at over 130 feet per second along the ground, which is over 100 miles per hour (88 feet per second is 60 Mph).The camera goes out the door DRY and within 10 seconds the wind has the lens completely sprayed with droplets and covered to where you cannot even see what is being videotaped. We got all excited with all that high wind !! There was laundry that was hung behind the building, Jeans & clothing was blown away and could not be found after searching for several miles out of town in fields.
